White Water Whiskey

80 Proof

If patience is a virtue, this is a bottle of vice.

Made from a bourbon whiskey mash of locally grown corn, our White Water Whiskey is cooked twice and filtered through a barrel for a rich flavor.

If it's this smooth going into the barrel, it’s gonna be great when it comes out.

Recipes

Bloody Mary

  • 1 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • 3 oz. tomato juice
  • 2 dashes red hot sauce
  • 2 dashes green hot sauce
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 celery stalk

Glass: Pint Glass

Add White Water Whiskey, tomato juice, red hot sauce, green hot sauce, worchester sauce, lemon juice, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper.
Pour back and forth between two mixing glasses.
Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
Garnish with celery stalk.

Basil Lime Gimlet

  • 1.5 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup
  • 2 leafs of basil

Glass: Rocks Glass

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker glass with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge and/or basil leaf.

White Water Chic

  • 1.5 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • 1.5 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 slice pineapple

Glass: Champagne Flute

Add White Water Whiskey, pomegranate juice and pineapple juice.
Shake with ice and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.

White Water Lemonade

  • 1.5 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • 3 oz. lemonade

Glass: Highball Glass

Add White Water Whiskey and lemonade into a shaker.
Shake with ice and strain into glass.

Cosmopolitan

  • 1.25 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • 0.25 oz. triple sec
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • lemon twist(s)

Glass: Martini Glass

In a shaker with ice, add White Water Whiskey, triple sec and cranberry juice.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.

Dirty Martini

  • 1.5 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • Cold olives
  • 0.5 oz. olive juice

Glass: Martini Glass

In a shaker with ice, add olive juice and White Water Whiskey.
Stir and strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.
Garnish with cold olives.

Frosted Rose

  • 1.25 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • 0.25 oz. vanilla liqueur
  • 0.25 oz. orange liqueur
  • 0.25 oz. cinnamon flavored liqueur
  • 1 oz. strawberry puree
  • 1 dollop(s) rose syrup

Glass: Martini Glass

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker glass with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Screwdriver

  • 1.5 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • 6 oz. orange juice

Glass: Rocks Glass

Add White Water Whiskey in ice-filled glass and top with orange juice.

Harvey Wallbanger

  • 1.25 oz. White Water Whiskey
  • 0.25 oz. hazelnut liqueur
  • 3 oz. orange juice
  • 1 slice of orange

Glass: Collins Glass

In a glass with ice, add White Water Whiskey and orange juice.
Stir and float liqueur on top.
Garnish with orange slice.
