Whiskey Cocoa

1/3 cup cocoa powder | 3/4 cup sugar | 3 1/2 cups milk | Pinch of salt | 6 oz Minnesota 14

1. Add cocoa powder, sugar, chili and milk to saucepan. Heat until it begins to steam. 
2. Then add in the whiskey and pour into mugs.
3. Top with marshmallows and chocolate drizzle.
